PATIENT’S RESPONSIBILITIES
- To have an updated medical health insurance card and medical card from the start of service until the end of service.
- To follow the rules and regulations of the home health care facility.
- To show respect and to be courteous to the staff.
- Do not use abusive language and or display unsocial behaviour towards the staff.
- Should give accurate information about personal details and past medical history as well as inform the medical staff of any treatments and medication that they are taking and their history of allergy or allergic reaction to any medication.
- Be accountable for their actions if they decide not to follow the health care provider’s instructions and/or treatment plan and recommendations
- To cooperate with the medical staff during the medical intervention.
- To ensure the safety of the medical staff at home
