Our goal is to help patients with acute or chronic pain achieve and maintain their maximum level of independence and well-being. By providing the appropriate education and skilled services, patients are able to safely remain in their homes once home health is no longer required. The RN uses a holistic approach to the patient who is receiving home parenteral pain management, including the physical, emotional, social, and psychological aspects of this therapy.
