All clinical employees are licensed by the Department Of Health Abu Dhabi (DOH)

Usually, it takes 24 to 72 hours.
3. Do I have to be home if your team is providing care to a family member?
Not necessarily. Your loved one’s condition shouldn’t stop you from performing your daily routine such as work or traveling. However, emotional support from relatives and friends is needed to achieve better clinical outcomes.
4. How can I complain if unsatisfied with the services?
There are multiple modes of communication to inform us if you are not satisfied with the services we provide.

b.) Fill in the Complaint Form then seal it and send it to the office.
5. Can the nurse stay with my relative while in the hospital?
The nurse can accompany your relative to the hospital for follow-up appointments as well as emergencies but is not allowed to perform any duties in a hospital as this could potentially cause conflict.
